Welcome to the largest independent neurosurgery practice in the tri-state area. Our roots go back to 1940 with the start of neurosurgery in the city of Pittsburgh. We now have 7 neurosurgeons working in 13 hospitals. Despite this growth, our mission has remained the same: to provide state-of-the-art neurosurgical care to our patients.

In 2008, we will form a strategic alliance with West Penn Allegheny Health System.
